The medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup benefits from an ideal geographical location. Fortified around its imposing castle around the 14th century and perched on a sheer rocky spur, the historic town dominates the coastal strip of the Alpes-Maritimes department. The outer houses form a rampart, offer a striking panorama.

City of Arts and violets, Tourrettes-sur-Loup has an original architectural richness articulated around an half-moon-shaped central artery.
