Petit Cuistot

Catering

Petit Cuistot is the Nice-based caterer that ensures the success of your filming crew’s canteen. They aim at offering menus made from fresh and local products while accommodating your budget. PETIT CUISTOT is committed to being a partner in the success of your shoot by delighting the crew and accommodating location constraints. The team is self-sufficient in water and electricity and provides furniture, including tables, chairs, and marquees, for groups of up to 130 people. Additionally, PETIT CUISTOT offers the option to use their 125-square-meter professional kitchen as a filming location.

Sustainable
As part of its sustainable approach, Petit Cuistot is developing multiple actions: • The company favors the use of reusable tableware to reduce disposable waste. • It favors local producers and short supply chains. All products are 100% French, and dishes are prepared by hand in Nice, at their premises in Carros. This enables them to offer balanced, homemade dishes at an affordable price, giving customers the chance to enjoy balanced meals without having to spend as much as they would in a restaurant. • The company encourages to sort garbage cans on location, and is committed to zero waste. Food waste is systematically composted to reduce its environmental impact. • Finally, the leftovers from each canteen are redistributed as part of a solidarity initiative, in collaboration with Samu Social, to help the most disadvantaged and students in difficulty who find it hard to feed themselves properly and eat three meals a day.
