Compost’n Co (west of the 06) and Terres en compost (east of the department) collected ALL food scraps, without exception, twice a week at the various locations for composting. Sufficient clean, empty bins are dropped off to replace the full ones. The food scraps are weighed and then composted in composters belonging to Compost’n Co and Terres en Compost. A weighing report is sent out regularly.
